Des Roberts
Des received a BS in commerce and business administration with a concentration in real estate finance from the University of Alabama in 1999. Following graduation, he worked with Wachovia's capital management group for three years.
Today, Des focuses on general brokerage and development, including sales and leasing for property owners and assisting clients with finding properties for lease or purchase. Des also specializes in site selection and has represented national tenants such as Lowe's Home Improvement, Dunkin' Donuts and O'Reilly's Auto Parts.
Des is a licensed broker in North and South Carolina and is currently a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is a member of Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
