Greg Fallon

Greg Fallon, a Texas native, obtained a BA in business management from Catawba College in Salisbury, N.C. In 1998, Greg started in the commercial real estate business as an institutional leasing associate with Koger Equity. He then joined Queens Properties where he specialized in general brokerage and corporate services, including sale and lease negotiations and site selection. Before joining TCG, Greg was with Crosland's retail division where he was responsible for leasing the company's existing portfolio of properties, managing numerous third party leasing assignments and conducting sales transactions. He helped lease over 2,000,000 square feet of space, including developments such as Whitehall Commons (540,000 sq. ft.) in Charlotte, N.C.; Sycamore Commons (247,000 sq. ft.) in Matthews, N.C.; Town Center Plaza (160,000 sq. ft.) in Charlotte, N.C. and Sharon Corners in Charlotte, N.C. (88,000), among others.

Greg is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and holds a real estate license in North Carolina. Greg is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He is also a member of the Charlotte Chamber and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Greg enjoys running, competing in triathlons and is a 3-time Ironman finisher.
