Joey Morganthall
Joey joined TCG in August 2008 after graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he earned bachelor's degrees in business administration and communication studies.
During his senior year at UNCW, he completed an internship with Zimmer Development Company in Wilmington where he researched markets and located land. Â Joey is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a provisional broker's license in North Carolina.
A sports enthusiast, Joey coached youth soccer in Wilmington, and enjoys running and playing golf.
