Tonia Cox

Tonia Cox joins TCG as an asset manager. She is responsible for effectively managing approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of retail properties, recently added to our third party management portfolio, to obtain optimum operational and financial achievement. Tonia is also responsible for leasing several retail centers.

After obtaining her BSBA from Appalachian State University in 1992, Tonia moved to Charlotte and began her career in commercial real estate. She gained her skills and expertise in the property management field by working for several local prominent real estate development companies. Tonia has experience in property management, accounting and retail leasing. During her 15-year real estate career, she has managed a variety of portfolios, including retail, office, industrial and residential properties as well as homeowners' associations.

Tonia was the sponsorship chair and continues to be an active volunteer for Carolina Breast Friends, a non-profit organization committed to uniting and helping women with breast cancer. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and currently holds her real estate broker's license in both North and South Carolina.
